In our projects, design is curated from its first sketch on paper through to its final expression on site.
This is not project management. It is the management of design itself, the careful organisation, refinement, and stewardship of every decision, ensuring each element is finalised and procured in line with the wider build schedule.
It is about protecting the integrity of ideas, carrying them forward, refining them over time, and holding them to a high standard throughout the life of a project.
